BSFPS Junior Committee
The British Society of Facial Plastic Surgery (BSFPS), supported by the Association of Otolaryngology Trainees (AOT) aims to represent resident/junior doctors and medical students with an interest in Facial Plastic Surgery at a national level.

Role Descriptions –
1. Chair (ST6+)
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for BSFPS Juniors.
- Re-establish the BSFPS Juniors committee and define effective workflows.
- Oversee all committee roles and ensure alignment with BSFPS aims and priorities.
- Work closely with the BSFPS Council to represent junior interests and ensure integration with the parent society.
2. Research & Audit Lead
- Initiate and support national and regional collaborative research and audit projects.
- Work with trainees, training units, and existing networks to deliver high-quality studies.
- Develop and maintain a rolling pipeline of research and audit priorities for BSFPS Juniors.
3. Social Media & Webmaster
- Lead the development and maintenance of the BSFPS Juniors website and online presence.
- Create and manage communications, including adverts, email updates, and announcements.
- Develop, maintain, and update the BSFPS Juniors mailing list.
- Collaborate with AOT and BRS Juniors on shared communications where appropriate.
4. Conference Lead
- Support BSFPS with the planning and delivery of the Annual Conference.
- Coordinate trainee involvement, including abstracts, presentations, and on-the-day organisation.
- Strengthen the visibility and contribution of BSFPS Juniors within BSFPS educational activities.
